What I Can Offer

I am ready to support you in an encouraging, peaceful atmosphere where we work towards change together. I offer individual and couples counselling (ages 11+). It is a privilege to use my experience with various related counselling opportunities, combined with my education to serve you.

When we work together, I will listen with respect and make sure the approaches I use, fit your specific areas of concern.

As a Christian,  I also offer faith-based counselling, should this be a priority for you. I will meet you where you are at. This is your journey, so let’s figure out the best way forward together.

Therapeutic Approaches:

I like to use an integrative, person centered approach that tailors to my client’s needs. Some approaches I use (but not limited to) are: Mind Management (tools and techniques), Compassion Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (integrates mindfulness-based stress reduction and cognitive behaviour therapy), Reflective Journalling, Emotionally Focused Therapy.
