A little bit about me and how my life experience is woven into my counselling practice….
I am a mother to three amazing adult children. I love seeing young people thrive and I consider it an honour to help individuals of this demographic realize their potential and place in life.
I homeschooled my kids. I know what it is like to navigate a busy life with many demands.
I have walked through my own journey of battling addiction, anxiety, chronic stress, and depression. I am ready to meet you where you are at and support you through these challenges.
I have been married 28 years. I have learned and grown a lot in my own marriage. I enjoy building on what I have learned in this journey, combined with my professional training, to help couples find new ways to communicate and find joy together.
I am here to listen and help design a plan together toward freedom and hope.
