*Payment - Payment will be made, at time of service, by either credit card, cash, e-transfer or cheque. Receipts are issued at time of service.

*Insurance - *Counselling fees for a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) are approved by Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, ClaimSecure, SunLife and Manulife.  Additional Extended Benefits may qualify for reimbursement with your Extended Health Benefits Plans or HSA. Please consult with your human resources department or your insurance company to determine whether your employee extended benefit plan covers therapy provided by Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC) registered with the Association of Cooperative Therapeutic Counsellors of Canada (ACCT).

I am also covered under Autism Programs, BC (MCFD), Metis Nation BC (MNBC) and Heritage Christian Online School.

*Cancellations - If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please contact your counsellor at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice will be charged the full price for the session. In case of sudden illness, there will be the option of moving session online or a $30 fee will apply.
